This makes the Slumber Weighted Blanket the perfect sleeping companion for people with insomnia or for people with sensory integration and psychomotor disorders such as autism & ADHD. We recommend that our blanket be approximately 10% of your body weight (not suitable for babies). Therefore, we would recommend this blanket for someone with the body weight 35-45kg, or for someone who wants a slightly lighter feel but with the pressure provided by a weighted blanket.
