Description

Janneau - XO Armagnac The XO is the flagship armagnac of this collection. It blends eaux-de-vie from Bas-Armagnac and Armagnac-Ténarèze, made with the Baco and Ugni Blanc varieties. While the youngest eaux-de-vie composing XO may have been in barrels for 10 years, the oldest have been resting in oak barrels for more than 30 years.Nose: Candied plum, reine-claude plum, oak and red fruits.Palate: Very intense and well-balanced. Hints of oak, quince and sour cherries followed by almonds and finishing on spicy notes.
