Lay & Wheeler Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc by Blank Canvas 2022 75cl This New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is produced for Lay & Wheeler by two of the country’s most dynamic winemakers: Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson MW.With more that forty years joint experience making wine in New Zealand and further afield, they know better than most where to find the best parcels of grapes, to craft into refined, characterful wines.This wine was carefully crafted using grapes grown in a single vineyard in the Dillons Point sub-region and is a brilliant example of a Marlbourough Sauvignon Blanc. It has all of the upfront fruit you’d expect from the style, but with an added layer of minerality and complexity.Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
