Rioja is Spain's most celebrated wine region - a land of rolling vineyards, sunlit valleys, and centuries of winemaking tradition. Located in the north and protected by the Cantabrian Mountains, Rioja enjoys a unique mix of Atlantic, Mediterranean, and continental climates that give its wines freshness, depth, and balance.

Vinification Details

The wine is kept sur lees in the winery's underground cellars for at least 18 months aiming to merge the brightness and freshness of this terroir on top of adding complexity and elegance. Afterwards, disgorging was carried out in September to continue ageing for at least another 4 months, until its release to the market.

History

45-hectare vineyard located on gentle slopes at an altitude of over 500 metres above sea level in villages located in Rioja Alta.
