Preparation and Usage

Flextec Technology1 Bond2 Seal3 FillApplication How-ToClean surfaces to be bonded to remove loose material, dust, oil, grease and polish. Apply within a temperature range +5°C to +40°C. Cut tip of cartridge above screw thread, screw on nozzle and cut to desired size. Insert cartridge into gun.Bonding Application:1 Apply on one surface only in vertical lines or dots.Firmly press into place with a twisting action.2 Perfect result! Make sure to remove excess with white spirit.Sealing Application:1 Completely remove any existing sealant. Apply sealant into the joint at a 45° angle, ensuring joint is fully filled.2 Smooth sealant with a UniBond sealant smoother tool within 5 min. Perfect Result! Make sure to remove excess with white spirit.ExamplesAdjustability time approx. 15 mins. Curing time at least 24 hours. Curing speed approx. 2mm/24 hrs. Heavy items may need support whilst drying or additional fixings. Temperature resistant -40°C to +80°C. Not suitable for constant water immersion. Always pre-test compatibility.

Storage

Store in cool, dry conditions protected from frost. Expiry date: see top of cartridge.
