Shallow Fry

Instructions: I Pre-heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a medium frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.2 Remove film then add the contents of the wooden tray to the pan, including all of the sauce.3 Cook for 5 mins, turning the noodles regularly and gently separating the strands.4 When everything is piping hot, transfer to a bowl and leave to rest for 2 mins.Not suitable for freezing.Not suitable for oven, microwave or air fryer.All hobs vary, these instructions are only a guide.
