High Protein

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging. For best results grill and do not prick sausage skins.Check food is piping hot throughout and cooked thoroughly before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Grill

Instructions: Place under a pre-heated medium grill.Cook for 16-18 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Cook for 25-30 minutes.Place sausages on a lightly greased baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn occasionally.

Air Fry

Instructions: 180°C for 12-15 minutes. Based on a minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place 6 sausages in the air fryer in a single layer. Turn halfway through cooking.

Storage

For use by date: see top of pack. Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once opened consume within 2 days and by use by date.Suitable for freezing. Freeze by the use by date and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
