Preparation and Usage

<p>WHAT'S INCLUDED</p><p>COOKIE MIX </p><p>GREEN FONDANT ICING </p><p>WAFER MONSTER EYES</p><p> </p><p>Cooking Time: 13-15 minutes</p><p>Method: Oven</p><p> </p><p>Makes: 6 cookies</p><p> </p><p>What You will need:</p><p>For the cookie:</p><p>45g softened butter</p><p>15ml water</p><p> </p><p>To make the cookies:</p><p>1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4.</p><p>2. Empty the cookie mix sachet into a bowl, add softened butter and water and mix with a spoon until combined.</p><p>3. Knead by hand for 1 minute to form a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 10-15 minutes.</p><p>4. Split dough into 7 pieces & roll into balls.</p><p>5. Place each ball evenly spaced on a baking tray and press lightly to 1.5cm thickness.</p><p>6. Bake in the centre of the oven for 13-15 minutes.</p><p>7. Once cooled, set aside one of the cookies and break into 6 random pieces for the monster mouths.</p><p> </p><p><u>Decoration:</u></p><p> </p><p>1. For optimum results, place the green fondant into the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.</p><p>2. Grate the chilled green fondant icing and divide equally onto each of the 6 cookies.</p><p>3. Add the wafer eyes and place the broken cookie pieces underneath the eyes for the monster mouth effect.</p>
