Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Your chicken thigh fillets are not ready to eat, please ensure that they are cooked thoroughly until piping hot throughout.- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.- These instructions are guidelines only.- Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook

Instructions: Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas mark 7, 22-24 minutesPre-heat the oven. Remove chicken thigh fillets from packaging and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.

Air Fry

Instructions: Alternatively,170°C, 16-18 minutesRemove chicken thigh fillets from packaging, place in the basket (max. 1 pack) in a single layer and place in the air fryer.Shake halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Barbecue

Instructions: For a chargrilled effect and flavour, cook in an oven or air fryer as suggested to ensure product is fully cooked and finish on a barbecue for a few minutes until browned. Charcoal must be glowing red with a powdery grey surface. Turn over regularly.

Storage

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
