Oven cook

Instructions: Elec 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 (add 5 mins), 30 minsI Pre-heat oven & remove the film from both trays. Unfold the foil located beneath the tray & tightly wrap over the top of the rice tray.2 Place both wooden trays on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 20 mins (+ 5 mins for gas). Remove the pork tray, stir thoroughly, and return to the oven to cook alongside the rice for a further 10 mins.3 After cooking, make sure it's piping hot.Not suitable for freezing.Not suitable for microwave or air fryer.Please do not grill.
