Oven cook

Instructions: If using a conventional oven pre-heat to 180°C / 160°C Fan /Gas mark 4. Place on a baking tray and bake for approx. 8 mins.

Air Fry

Instructions: If using an air fryer bake at 160°C for approx. 5 mins. Do not reheat.

FreezableRefrigerate your bites below 5℃, and eat before the use by date on the film. Or freeze them before the use by date and eat within one month. Once defrosted eat them within 24 hours. Defrost them thoroughly before cooking - and don't refreeze.
