<p>WHAT'S INCLUDED</p><p>VANILLA FLAVOUR CUPCAKE MIX </p><p>GREEN COLOUR FROSTING MIX </p><p>WAFER FOOTBALL THEME DECORATIONS </p><p>GREEN SPRINKLES</p><p>CUPCAKE CASES </p><p> </p><p>Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes</p><p>Method: Oven</p><p>Makes:6 cupcakes</p><p> </p><p>WHAT YOU WILL NEED</p><p>1 egg (medium)</p><p>80ml (5tbsp) oil</p><p>60ml (4 tbsp) water</p><p>25g softened butter</p><p>Cupcake or muffin tray</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><u>To make cupcakes:</u></p><p>1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4.</p><p>2. Place the cupcake cases into a cupcake tray.</p><p>3. Empty the cake mix sachet into a large bowl and add 1 medium egg, 5 tbsp (80ml) oil, 4 tbsp (60ml) cold water and mix with a spoon or a handheld whisk until combined and batter is smooth. </p><p>4. Divide the mixture between the cupcake cases and bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes until risen.</p><p>5. Cool in the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. </p><p> </p><p><u>To make the frosting:</u></p><p>1. Empty the green frosting mix sachet into a bowl and add 25g softened butter.</p><p>2. First, gently mix the softened butter into the powdered frosting with a spoon or using a handheld whisk, then mix well until it becomes smooth and creamy.</p><p>3. Once cooled, spread the frosting on each cupcake.</p><p>4. Sprinkle the green strands across all of the cupcakes.</p><p>5. Place the decorations on top of the iced cupcakes.</p><p> </p>
