Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.- These instructions are guidelines only.- Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Oven cook
Instructions: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6, 20-25 mins- Pre-heat the oven.- Remove the sachet from the packaging and place in a small bowl of warm water to defrost.- Remove the Chicken Wings from the packaging and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.- Turn over halfway through cooking.- The sauce can be drizzled over the Chicken Wings or served as a dip.
Air Fry
Instructions: Alternatively170°C, 17 mins- Remove the sachet from the packaging and place in a small bowl of warm water to defrost.- Remove the Chicken Wings from the packaging and place in the basket (max. 1 Pack) and place in the air fryer.- Shake halfway through cooking.- Allow to stand for 1 minute.- The sauce can be drizzled over the Chicken Wings or served as a dip.
Barbecue
Instructions: For a chargrilled effect and flavour, cook in an oven or air fryer as suggested to ensure product is fully cooked and finish on a barbecue for a few minutes until browned.Charcoal must be glowing red with powdery grey surface. Turn over regularly.Do not add the sauce before placing on the barbecue. Defrost the sauce sachet separately as suggested, and drizzle over the wings or serve as a dip after finishing on the barbecue.

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
