Oven

Instructions: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 30 mins Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Stir halfway through heating and re-cover. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving. Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: Not suitable for heating from frozen.

Microwave

Instructions: 800W 4 mins / 900W 3 mins 30 secsFor best results microwave heat.Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times.Heat on full power for 800W/900W 2 minsPeel back film lid, stir and heat for a further800W 2 mins / 900W 1 mins 30 secs.Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.Stir well before serving.Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated.
