Instructions: Chop. Cook. Enjoy. (Or just eat it as is - no judgement.) Remove all packaging. Ready to eat, but for best results, cook from chilled.Medium/high heat 3 minsHeat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium/high heat. Shred or dice product as required.
