Preparation and Usage
Preparation instructions:Potato-chickpea mix: Re-hydrate dried mix with 260ml of boiling water; stirring for 3-5 mins. Keep aside.Spiced Pani Puri Water: Dilute coriander-mint chutney in 600ml of chilled water or dilute as per taste. Keep aside.Boondi (Fried Chickpea Pearls): Soak in water for 1 minute, before draining excess water. Keep aside.To Prepare Pani Puri: Gently crack a small opening onto one side of a Puri (fried wheat flour shell). Stuff with some of the spiced potato-chickpea mix and boondi. Top with the date-tamarind chutney, as per taste. Fill with spiced Pani Puri water; consume in one bite and enjoy!
