Instructions: For best results oven cook. 220°C/ Fan 200°C/ Gas 7 20 mins Remove product from outer packaging and dispose of greaseproof paper. Place sachet to one side. Place on a pre-heated baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: 220°C/ Fan 200°C/ Gas 7 32 mins Place on a pre-heated baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.

Microwave

Instructions: Pea PureeIf frozen, defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge.Decant purée into a microwaveable bowl and cover with film. Heat on full power for 1 minute 40 seconds (800W) / 1 minute 30 seconds (900W).Leave to stand for 2 minutes after cooking. Carefully remove the film and stir well before serving.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: Pea purée not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Instructions: AIR FRY 180°C 14 minsBased on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking.Leave to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.Not suitable for air frying from frozen.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
