How to use:Remove peel papers from the wings and back and press firmly into underwear. Fluus pads stick best on natural fabrics like cotton or bamboo.Wear your pad for 4-6 hours if you have a light to medium flow, or change more frequently if your flow is a little heavier. If you are planning to do exercise, we recommend changing more frequently.Roll, flush, forget; once you're ready to change your pad, roll it up and flush it away. You can flush the wrapper and peel papers too!Flush one pad at a time, and only flush in well maintained plumbing systems.
