Drain and set aside.SizzleFry the prawns or other protein until cooked, and add the rice sticks with the medium-spiced gochujang sauce and stir for 5 minutes.StirAdd the pak choi, stir and top with sesame seeds and spring onion.Just add- 200 g prawns or other protein- 125 g Pak Choi- 1 spring onionKorean Style ТороккіHeatBring a pan of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Empty the rice sticks into the pan, ensure they're covered, and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.SizzleHeat your wok with vegetable oil over medium to high heat. Add the prawns or other protein and stir fry until cooked, then add the rice sticks with the medium-spiced gochujang sauce and stir for 3 minutes.StirAdd pak choi to the same rice sticks pan, then stir for 2 minutes. Serve immediately and top with sesame seeds and spring onion.
