Instructions: For best results oven cook from frozen 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 40-43 mins Remove outer carton. Pierce film in several places. Place tray on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 30-33 mins. Remove film and cook for a further 10 mins.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 800W 11 minutes / 900W 9 minutesRemove outer carton.Pierce film lid in several places.Place on a microwaveable plate.Heat on full power.Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
