Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Stir Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY 5-7 mins Add mince to hot pan, use a wooden spoon to break down the mince in the pan, stirring frequently. Drain fat halfway through.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
