Chef's tips:To personalise your Kashmiri style Rogan Josh, our chef recommends:Add 50g of butter for an extra rich curryFor a vegetarian option, swap the protein with mixed vegRogan Josh in 3 Simple Steps1 Prepare the protein or veg by cutting into 1 inch pieces and coat with the ground spice mix. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the protein or veg and fry until sealed.2 Add the spice paste and 50 ml water. Cook for 3 minutes to release the flavour.3 Stir in the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes if using chicken or vegetables, or 40 minutes if using lamb, or until cooked through.Shopping list:250-300g Chicken, lamb or mixed vegEasy Rogan Josh for 2-31 Coat the diced chicken with the ground spices. Then fry in a little hot oil until sealed.2 Add the spice paste and 50 ml water.
