Preparation and Usage

Ceramic Plant PotWipe clean only.Please retain packaging for future reference.Poppy Seeds(Approx. 500 seeds) Papaver Shirley Double, Hardy AnnualSow instructions:Sow between March - June1. Fill plant pot with seed sowing compost.2. Plant around 30 seeds into the plant pot and lightly cover with compost. These can be thinned out to 10-20 seeds if you prefer.3. Water well and keep the compost slightly moist.Germination should occur within 2 weeks. The remaining seeds can be sown in the garden.Outdoor SowingWhere to SowDirect into weed-free flowering site, about 1 cm (1/2") deep.What to do nextPoppy plants do not require, or like, transplanting.Thin out seedlings to avoid spindly plants.FlowersJune to September.Handy TipFor the best effect, sow in drifts. The flowers are held well above the foliage and sway majestically in a gentle summer breeze.
