Description

Yeni Raki 1937 70cl Yeni Raki. Grapes are distilled to produce suma, which is mixed with sugar beet molasses alcohol and aniseed in copper rakı stills, and distilled a second time. After that, water and refined white sugar from sugar beets are added.
The world's most produced and popular rakı, Yeni Rakı, which proudly represents a 500-year-old rakı culture, is produced by processing carefully selected fresh and dried grapes from Turkey. Yeni Rakı achieves perfection by adding high-quality aniseed to suma obtained from a well-balanced mixture of dried and fresh grapes. Yeni Rakı, which gives a name and life to a unique culture, has an alcohol content of 45%. Food Pairing: It perfectly matches with different mezzes and main dis​hes of Turkish cuisine.

Preparation and Usage

For the perfect serve, rakı should be drink with water. If desired. Ice should be added after water. The ideal serving temperature is 8-10°C.
