Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Before cooking remove all packaging and rest bacon a whileCheck product is cooked and piping hot throughout.Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Do not reheat.Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: For best results pan fry: Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry over a medium heat for 8 minutes, turning halfway.

Grill

Instructions: Preheat grill to a medium to high heat. Line the grill with foil and arrange the bacon onto the foil ensuring the rashers aren't too close to each other. Grill for 4 minutes each side until crispy.

Storage

For use by date see front of pack.Keep refrigerated 0-5°C.
