Oven

Instructions: 240°C/Fan 220°C/Gas 9 2h 30mins Remove from packaging and place the sachet to one side. Dry the rind thoroughly, leave to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Again, dry the rind thoroughly, lightly rub with oil, and sprinkle the whole surface of the rind evenly with salt Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 60 minutes. Reduce temperature to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 and cook for a further 1hr 30 mins. Allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving. Remove string prior to carving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Instructions: MICROWAVE 800WRemove all packaging.Decant sauce into a microwaveable dish, cover with cling film and pierce in several places.Heat on FULL POWER for 1 minute.Uncover, stir well and re-cover.Heat on FULL POWER for a further 30 seconds.Allow to stand for 2 minutes.Stir before serving.
