Preparation and Usage

Top Tips for a Stellar Stir Fry

1 Your wok needs to be piping hot!
2 Give your prawns enough room to move around in the wok
3 Constantly stir

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Pan fry 2-3 mins Fry in a little oil over a high heat. Turn frequently.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing.
