Pork Sausage Meat: For best results oven cook. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Chilled: 20-50 mins. To cook in a block: Place sausage meat on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 45-50 minutes. To cook as stuffing balls: Divide sausage meat into 8 even sized pieces and roll into tight balls. Place on a lined baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.
