Oven

Instructions: Goose Fat Roast Potatoes: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 60 mins Remove all packaging. Decant potatoes onto a pre-heated baking tray and place in the centre of the pre-heated oven. Turn halfway through cooking until golden and crisp. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking. Do not overcook. Do not exceed stated cooking temperature or time. Carrot Wedges with Maple, Orange and Thyme Glaze: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 25 mins Remove film lid and keep sachet to one side. Place carrots on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 20 minutes. Pour over the sachet contents and cook for a further 5 minutes. Maple Roast Parsnips: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 30 mins Remove all packaging. Place parsnips on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn halfway through cooking.

Instructions: Brussels Sprouts and Chestnuts:800W 3 mins 30 secs / 900W 3 minsPierce film lid several times.Cook on full power and stir halfway through cooking.Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.Braised Red Cabbage with Port:800W 3 mins 30 secs / 900W 3 minsPierce film lid several times.Cook on full power and stir halfway through cooking.Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.
