Preparation and Usage
Just add3 Boneless chicken thighs (diced)1 Onion (diced)1 Red pepper (sliced)1 Segmented orange (optional)Simple swapsEnhance the flavour with black olives, a staple in Mediterranean cuisine. For a lighter dish, opt for chicken breast in place of thighs, or choose tofu as a refined vegan alternative.Craft your dishStep 1In a medium saucepan, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat.Step 2Fry the onion for 3 minutes, then add the chicken and red pepper.Step 3Stir in the white wine and paprika paste, cook for 8 minutes.Step 4Mix the vegetable stock with 100ml of boiled water, and add to the pan along with the rice pouch.
