Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.

Oven

Instructions: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 Chilled: 1h 15mins. Remove all packaging. Remove from the refrigerator and rest at room temperature for 20 minutes prior to cooking. Pre-heat the oven. Taking 2 long pieces of foil, lay one horizontally across the roasting tray and the other vertically. Place the joint in the middle of the tray. Allow enough foil to fold up together creating a tent over the joint, taking care that the foil does not touch the meat. Place the roasting tin in the middle of a pre-heated oven. The product is best carved after resting for 10 min. Do not reheat.

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
