Preparation and Usage
Just add200 g chorizo (sliced)1 red pepper (sliced)1 red onion (diced)400g tin of chopped tomatoesSimple swapsTry with baked cod or tofu in place of chorizo or add cooked chicken for a protein-rich boost. Finish with a dollop of natural yoghurt to balance the bold spanish flavours.Craft your DishStep 1Fry the chorizo for 3-5 minutes in a saucepan.Step 2Add the red onion and red pepper to the pan and cook for 5 more minutes, add the smoky paprika and tomato seasoning.Step 3Add the chickpeas, smoky tomato paste and tin of chopped tomatoes, with 100ml of water.
