Preparation Guidelines: Remove all packaging. Wash thoroughly before use.

Time: 4-6 minutes
Tenderstem ® Broccoli 4-6 minutes. Place Tenderstem ® in a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve. Fine Beans 4-5 minutes. Place green beans in a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve.

Steam
Time: 4-6 minutes
Tenderstem ® Broccoli 4-6 minutes. Place Tenderstem ® in a steamer and steam for 4-6 minutes or until tender. Green Beans 4-5 minutes. Place fine beans in a steamer and steam for 4-5 minutes or until tender.

Instructions: Place Tenderstem® purple broccoli and extra fine beans in a steamer and steam for 4-6 minutes or until tender.

Hob
