Description

Pork, caramelised red onion and sage seasoned sausage meat stuffing wrapped in chestnut smoked bacon.Our stuffing centrepieces are made for us by a family run business who've taken pride in making sausages for more than 200 years. They are all made with 100% British pork which is hand trimmed by expertly trained butchers. The pork is seasoned and other carefully selected ingredients are added to enhance the rich, succulent flavour. To finish, they are hand wrapped in chestnut smoked bacon to create the ultimate garnish. This product is part of the Tesco Festive Food to Order range. Oven

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 1 hr 10 mins - 1 hr 15 mins Place on a baking tray. Cover with foil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 55 minutes. Remove foil and return to the oven for a further 15-20 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Instructions: AIR FRYChilled: 180°C 50 minsBased on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.Wrap stuffing centrepiece in foil and place in the air fryer.Cook for 40 minutes.Remove foil.Cook for a further 10 minutes.Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.
