Dry cured, cooked and roasted ham on the bone joint.Our Finest dry cured ham is made from British outdoor bred pigs, cured by hand to a traditional recipe developed by the legendary Woodall family of Cumbria, who first began curing back in 1828. We then finish with Woodall’s artisan method of air drying the ham for up to 10 days, to bring out the best in flavour and texture. This product is part of the Tesco Festive Food to Order range. Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 40 minsHeat at 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas 6 oven for 40 mins. 1. Carefully remove all packaging and place the ham on a sturdy cutting board, ensuring the fat-covered side is facing upwards and the bone is positioned to your side for better control while carving. 2. Using a sharp carving knife, cut slices to your preferred thickness against the grain (following the natural lines in the meat) to ensure maximum tenderness in every slice. 3. Begin slicing from opposite end of the bone. 4. Carve down the joint until you reach the bone, then glide your knife along the bone to release the slices. 5. Rotate the ham as needed to carve different areas until most of the meat is removed. 6. For extra flavour, leave the fat on when serving. It can always be trimmed off before eating if preferred.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for freezing.
