Preparation and Usage
Cooking Instructions:Made in one roasting tray. Just add: 3-4 boneless chicken thighs, 1 red pepper, 1 red onion.1. Preheat the oven to 210°C/190°C fan, mix the lemon and herb seasoning with the chicken thighs.2. Slice the red pepper, red onion and arrange in a deep baking tray.3. Mix the vegetable stock with 100ml of water, pour over the vegetables.4. Place chicken thighs on top and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.Add crumbled feta on top for an extra Greek twist.5. Tear open the top corner of the rice pouch, microwave for 2 minutes at 700W or 1 min 30 seconds at 900W. Fluff up and serve with the traybake.Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.Personalise Your Dish:Swap chicken for pork, beef or lamb. For a Greek style souvlaki, place the meat pieces onto skewers before cooking. Griddle meat for extra flavour.
