Our Spanish meats are made by a family run business in the foothills of the Pyrenees in the Catalonia region of North East Spain. Together we work with trusted farms to select prime cuts to produce our Tesco Finest selection.Rich & Seasoned Matured in Spain Black Garlic Chorizo Ibèrico Cheese Coppa A selection of Spanish Coppa seasoned with black pepper, and smoky black garlic chorizo with pimentón de la vera paprika, perfectly complemented by ruffled slices of spanish Ibérico cheese. Black Garlic Chorizo Cured with oak smoked paprika and black garlic for a sweet yet smoky flavour. Coppa Delicate ruffles of cured Spanish pork taken from the 'coppa', one of the most flavourful cuts, seasoned with black pepper.
