Preparation and Usage

For best results pan fry.

Caution Cooking times will vary depending on the size and thickness of the fillets. Do not reheat once cooled.

Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Oven

Instructions: Place pellets to one side. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 Chilled: 22-24 mins. Place salmon fillets skin side down in a parchment parcel on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Add the butter pellets onto the salmon for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking. Pour remaining juices over the salmon when serving.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Place pellets to one side. Chilled: 15 mins. Fry salmon skin side down in a little oil over medium to low heat turning after 8 minutes. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes. Place the butter pellets into the pan, baste the salmon with the butter and cook for a further 2 minutes. Pour pan juices over the salmon when serving.

Instructions: Place pellets to one side.Air Fry 170°C Chilled: 12-14 mins.Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.Line the basket with parchment paper, place fillets in basket skin side down in a single layer and place in air fryer.Place the butter pellets onto the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking.Pour remaining juices over the salmon when serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 3 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
