Preparation and Usage
Just add: 1 Tbsp olive oil, protein of your choice, salad and crumbled feta cheeseEasy-To-Do 5 step prep guideShopping List- Protein of your Choice (we suggest 500g sliced chicken Breast or thigh)- 1 Tbsp olive oil- 1/4 Iceberg lettuce- 2 Medium tomatoes- 1/4 Red onion- Crumbled feta cheese1 Mix the seasoning with olive oil in a large bowl, add the sliced chicken and stir to coat.2 Heat a frying pan to medium heat and fry the chicken for 10mins, or until cooked through.3 Warm the pitta bread under a medium grill for 1-2 mins, turning occasionally.4 Top the warmed pitta bread with chicken, salad and crumbled feta cheese.5 Finish with a drizzle of either garlic & herb sauce or chili sauce - or both!Serve immediately.Top tips:- Serve with hot chips for a bigger meal!- Top your pitta with a crisp Greek salad for a meat-free, lighter summer meal.
