Preparation and Usage
Wash before use.
For roasts.
Preheat oven. Pour 2-4 tbsp. sunflower oil into a roasting tin and place in oven to preheat. Remove roasting tin and carefully add the whole potatoes to the tin, gently turn the potatoes to coat in the oil. Roast uncovered, turn twice during cooking to crisp evenly.
Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 40-50 minutes
Place potatoes in air fryer and cover with 2bsp of oil. Cook for 30 minutes until golden. Shake air fryer basket once during cooking to crisp evenly.
