Oven

Instructions: 190°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 6 18-19 mins Remove sleeve and film. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 18-19 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after cooking. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
