Preparation and Usage

Why not TryServe with noodles & fresh coriander for a vibrant, Thai style dish.

Oven

Instructions: 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 15-20 mins. Remove sleeve and film lid. Add sauce from sachet and stir through prawns and vegetables. Place the foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Stir Fry

Instructions: For best results pan fry. Pan Fry 8-10 mins. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Heat a little oil (10 ml) in a heavy based frying pan or wok. Add the prawns and the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium and stir fry for a further 5-6 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. Add sauce from sachet for the final minute of cooking, stirring continuously.

Storage

Not suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
