Preparation and Usage
Carving instructions
- Carefully lift the turkey out of the foil onto a board using a large spatula, tongs or carving fork.
- Using scissors snip and remove truss bands.
- With the legs pointing to one side slice the stuffed turkey breast evenly into 2cm slices.
- When fully sliced the remaining leg meat can be served on the bone or removed and served alongside the slices.
- Drizzle with any remaining glaze/cooking juices.
- Enjoy.
