INGREDIENTS: Batter Mix [Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Cornflour, Salt, Colour (Paprika Extract), Turmeric Extract], Sweet and Sour Sauce [Sugar, Water, Red Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Pineapple Juice, Onion Purée, Tomato Paste, Ginger Purée, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Onion Extract].
Wheat Flour contains: Wheat Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin.

Preparation and Usage
Vegetable Tempura.
To prepare vegetable tempura you require:
1 Tesco Tempura Meal Kit;
160ml cold water;
400g approx. of firm diced vegetables, such as Shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, baby corn, red peppers.
- Empty batter mix sachet into a bowl and whisk in the cold water.
2. Fill a medium sized pan with vegetable oil and heat. Once the oil is hot (you can test this by spooning a little of the batter mix into the pan, if it sizzles, it's ready).
3. Dip the vegetable pieces in the batter mix to coat, then add to the hot oil. Fry until browned.
4. Serve with sachet of sweet & sour sauce for dipping.
