Preparation and Usage

Instructions for UseSoak the chips in water for 30 minutes before their use.Wet wood will generate more smoke and aroma.The dish will be fully permeated with smoke if you cover the grill with a lid.Coal grills:Scatter a handful of wood chips onto the surface of red-hot coals when they are covered with a layer of white ash and the barbecue starter has been completely burnt.Gas grills:Place wet wood chips in an aluminium bin in the front left corner of the grill under the grate. You can get more distinct flavours and aromas when you generate smoke before you start to prepare the dish. Do not place the dishes over the wood chips.
