Just toss them in a pan over medium heat from frozen, give 'em a quick fry, then throw in your favourite veg, noodles, and a generous splash of sauce. Boom - dinner done!Medium heat 8 minsFry: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok/frying pan over a medium heat. Add pieces to the wok/frying pan and cook for 8 minutes, breaking apart any pieces stuck together, and turning frequently.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.
