Preparation and Usage
What you need:75g softened unsalted butter, 3tsp (15ml) cold water, baking tray, baking parchment.
What's included: green coloured shortbread mix, red coloured drizzle mix, edible sugar plaque decorations.
Cooking time: 14-16 minutes

Method:
To make the shortbread fingers:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 190 °C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5.
2. Empty the shortbread mix into a bowl, add the unsalted softened butter and mix until it comes together as a dough.
3. Divide the dough into 10 pieces. Then roll them into 7.5 centimetres long finger shapes. Place the fingers on the lined baking tray about 5 centimetres apart.
4. Bake in the centre of the oven for 14-16 minutes
Whilst your biscuits are in the oven.
To make the icing:
5. Add the red drizzle sachet to a small bowl and add approx. 3 tsp (15ml) cold water and mix until fully dissolved.
Decorations:
6. Take the biscuits out of the oven and cool for 5 minutes before putting on a wire rack.
7. Wait until they're completely cooled, use the red drizzle and sugar paste decorations to decorate.
