Instructions: For best results cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging. Oven cook for best results. Ensure food is piping hot prior to serving. All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only. This product is suitable for cooking in an air fryer.200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6, 18-20 minutesPlace fillets onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. Turn halfway through.
