Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout before serving. All juices running clear and no pink colour remaining.

Grill

Instructions: Preheat to medium. Place burgers under the grill for 20 minutes, turning over regularly.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 26-30 minsPreheat the oven. Place burgers on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook, turning halfway through cooking.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. For use by date see front of pack. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed ‘use by' date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use.
