Description

Seasoned, bone-in sirloin steak with a seasoning portion of butter, Dijon mustard, pepper and garlic.Succulent British sirloin steak matured for 30 days on the bone for an added depth of flavour. Inspired by American BBQ flavours our chefs have developed their signature all purpose peppery dry rub in which our steak is expertly seasoned. Finish with a Dijon infused smoky ranch melt.
